Purpose:
Worley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist Intern to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project controls within an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment, along with exposure to finance-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in cost control and financial analysis activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of project control procedures and tools.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Gain exposure to various aspects of project finance and accounting.

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Previous internship or coursework related to project controls or finance is a plus.
