Senior Remediation Specialist
Location : California, USA
The Liability Management & Restoration (LM&R) service line is seeking a Senior Remediation Specialist to join the California and North America practice. This full-time position will be based in California and focus on contributing to the LM&R service line growth. The successful candidate will manage teams in the performance of contaminated site investigations and remediation projects including the development and implementation of remedial strategies leading to site closure. Role will include client meetings, proposal preparation, project execution and management, technical review, regulatory meetings, and client interface. Projects may include a variety of commercial and light to heavy industrial sites for private and government clients.
Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities :
- Provide technical review, project execution, and serve as the technical lead for contaminated site investigation and remediation projects.
- Foster client relationships in southern California that support the LM&R service line strategy.
- Support the growth of the LM&R service line through the development of business strategies, client relationships and opportunity pursuits.
- Partner with other Worley business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to connect LM&R's capabilities and expertise to opportunities and projects in the larger Worley business.
- Provide mentorship for junior staff.
