Summary
As the Director of Operations at Let's Go Putt, you will oversee the operational excellence of our indoor miniature golf, arcade and bar and restaurant venues. This leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, building strong teams, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across 7 locations in 3 states (Nebraska - 4 location in Omaha, 1 in Lincoln, 1 location in Des Moines IA and 1 location in Kansas City, MO.)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of indoor miniature golf, arcade and bar / restaurant facilities to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, menu design and rollout, event execution, pricing, payroll and basic financials for all locations.
- Handle any HR items from hiring, training and if needed investigation up to and including termination.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and service delivery.
- Drive process improvements across all locations to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Oversee and direct a team of store level general managers and an area team focused on repairs, store inspections and grassroots marketing.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective leadership and staff development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the bar and restaurant industry. Experience in the entertainment or recreation industry is oreferred.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams effectively.
- Strategic thinker with experience in project management and execution.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Business development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
