Wornstar Clothing®, rock n roll clothing brand, is looking for new talent to join our team at our studio and store in Goodyear, AZ. We have many opportunities for talented individuals who want to work with one of the fastest growing authentic rock n roll clothing brands.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. CSR candidate needs to be genuinely excited to help customers. Must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and love to talk to customers. Must be an ace at problem-solving. Must be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, a good CSR is sometimes seen as having a role in sales. Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with a product or service. Providing advice on purchasing products or services. Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a product or service. Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met. Getting to know specific customer’s individual tastes and buying patterns to help make more sales.
Greet, assist and interact with customers shopping in the Wornstar Clothing Store. Complete sales transactions using the POS system, maintain the store, ready and restock clothing, open and close the store and receive deliveries.
Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner. Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs. Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries. Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner. Check voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely manner. Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service. Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction. Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times. Ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times.
Zendesk and social media management experience a plus.
The Responsibilities
- Answering incoming emails and calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Communications degree preferred
- Daily use of Shopify, Zendesk and POS
- Point of contact for all direct customer orders and customer service questions through email, phone, chat, and in person.
- Responsible for all damage claims
- Responsible for responding and moderating messages as well as comments through social media
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent language skills, including spelling and grammar
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong knowledge and interest in rock fashion and rock music
