As a Junior Implementation & Pre-sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to implementation. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in understanding client requirements and providing technical support during the pre-sales phase
- Help create and deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs
- Support the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide product insights
- Conduct customer training sessions and support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Some experience or internships in a technical role, preferably in software implementation or pre-sales
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with implementation processes, software development, or project management is a plus
