Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, building, and nurturing strong relationships with strategic partners. The partnership program you will lead is unique within the industry and a growth driver for the business. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, ongoing support, and meeting shared goals. Responsibilities:
Program Development:
- Contribute to the development of partner programs and initiatives.
- Help to identify and recruit new potential partners.
- Drive awareness and adoption within our team of real estate agents
Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reputable partners.
- Conduct partner meetings to review performance & identify opportunities.
- Understand partner business objectives and align them with the company.
- Make sure we are delivering true value.
- Do the right thing. Treat others with respect. Have fun.
Partner Onboarding and Enablement:
- Manage the partner onboarding process
- Provide partners with training, resources, and support.
- Develop and maintain partner program materials.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.
- Generate regular reports on partner activity and results.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in partner management, account management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias for action.
- Ability to work remote from home or other location.
- Experience with CRM software and typical office productivity software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with contract negotiation is a plus.
- Experience in FinTech, B2B, or B2C marketing is a plus.
