Mechanical Engineering Designer

This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers including mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural.
The mechanical engineer will:
- Design and draft HVAC systems in Revit for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
- Utilize Trance Trace 3D, an energy analysis software to develop thermal and energy models of buildings for analysis and system design
- Prepare project specifications
- Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Perform field verification at project sites

Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university program
- 1 year minimum industry experience
- Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software platforms including Revit
- Intermediate technology skills necessary, including strong grasp of computers and office software
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Positive and optimistic attitude
