Senior Pastoral Support Tutor – Internal Applications Only
£30,076 - £32,874 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to manage our Pastoral Support teams based at Haywards Heath and Brighton MET East campus who provide pastoral and academic support to our full time learners. You will have experience of leading a team and delivering a high quality of service. You will be supporting and motivating young people to achieve their full potential in an educational setting.
You will have experience of working as a Pastoral Support Tutor within Chichester College Group and be skilled in supporting students aged 16-19. You will have an understanding of their support needs, be highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure whilst supporting your team to achieve their goals. You will be confident in target setting, working to tight deadlines and have proven time management and organisational skills.
