Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about programs and resources.
- Conduct outreach to schools and community organizations to recruit potential students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and educational partners.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials to promote enrollment initiatives.
- Provide academic advising to help students navigate their educational paths.
- Facilitate workshops or presentations on educational opportunities and resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in academic advising or student recruitment within an educational setting.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus.
- Experience working with at-risk youth or in educational administration is highly desirable.
