Join our team as an Electrical Engineering intern. The role will partner with Electrical Engineers who perform a variety of basic to moderately complex engineering work in designing, planning and overseeing manufacturing, construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of electric or electronic components, equipment, systems, facilities, and machinery. Ideally, candidates would be able to start in the May. Ideally seeking candidates who have completed freshman and sophomore years who are Electrical, Controls or similar engineering majors. f
- The hours will be Monday- Friday from 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm or 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm. Excellent company culture and a great track record of hiring former interns into engineering roles. Responsibilities
- This role will partner with Electrical Engineers and work on a variety of projects. The role will observe and learn from seasoned EE's who are involved in troubleshooting critical machine breakdowns through root cause analysis, control code modification, creation and documentation.
- This role will work with teams who handle designs and basic upgrades to machine electrical systems with current technology to improve machine reliability and efficiency as well as learning about preventative maintenance programs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications & Auto CAD.
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Assist other engineers in the design and budgeting of projects
