- Work with different modes and equipment types, including van, hazardous, flatbed, international, and LTL shipments.
- Engage in data analysis and financial analysis using optimization software and Excel.
- Assist in lane quoting and understanding financial impacts.
- Interact with carriers to meet shipping requirements and maintain relationships.
- Participate in customer service activities by coordinating shipments and addressing carrier inquiries.
