Job Brief
The Office Administrator at Worthington Jewelers plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the jewelry store. This position involves managing administrative tasks, client and vendor relations, and ensuring efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to contribute to the smooth functioning of the team and enhance customer service.
Responsibilities
Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors,
- Placing of Orders with Vendors
- Process and collate incoming Orders
Organization & Planning:
- Maintain Inventory data base, and pricing
- Distribute and manage shipments and email
Administrative Support:
- Order Preparation & Reconcile invoices and coordinating RTV’s
- Maintain confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Daily Jewelry Set up and tear down
Requirements

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following industry skills

- Proficiency in Industry Software (The Edge) and Microsoft Office Suite
