JOB SUMMARY:
TWB is seeking an assertive, self-starter who can effectively communicate and interact across all levels of the organization to support our growth as a Business Analyst 2.
As a Business Analyst 2, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through long-term capacity planning, ensuring informed decision-making and process automation. You will address supplier escalation issues, manage the sales forecast process, perform complex analytics and provide analytical support to various business functions within the organization. This includes utilizing problem-solving strategies, gathering real-time business requirements, and developing data-driven insights.
You will provide actionable insights and recommendations by leveraging a deep understanding of the company's business. This role requires a strong commitment to continuous learning, a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving and decision making abilities and excellent collaboration with various stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data analysis and reporting
- Own the escalation process related to supplier issues resulting in resolution
- Own the long term capacity process and provide actionable insight
- Manage the sales forecast process
- Support part-specific profitability analytics
- Review/provide various analytics as needed in support of the business
- Provide recommendations regarding part movement between TWB facilities
- Support business case/new investment projects as needed
- Other duties as directed by Management
CRITICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally at all organizational levels and/or with outside professionals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving/trouble-shooting, presentation and prioritization skills
- Effective time/resource management and project management skills/capabilities
- Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Must possess robust written and oral communication skills along with high level organizational skills
- Working knowledge of data and business process flows
- Ability to accurately utilize databases for extraction and manipulation of data to create reports and summaries; ability to concisely summarize information verbally and in writing.
- Strong planning, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to understand and assess supply chain issues and work cross functionally to resolve issues

EDUCATION:
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience
- College degree preferred
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be physically able to freely access all areas of the plant and grounds for any TWB or OSP location.
- Have the ability to travel (domestic or international) as needed via the most expeditious means available.
- This position is currently hybrid with requirements to work in the Monroe, MI office on Wednesdays and Thursdays after sufficiently trained. Training will be in-person Monday through Friday and will take place in Monroe, MI and/or Canton, MI.
