Support Staff

We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Support Staff member to join Worthy Brewing. As a support staff member, you are an important part of each guest’s experience at Worthy Brewing Co. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, organized environment and supporting servers/bartenders, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Support:

• Warmly greet and seat guests and ensure their immediate needs are met.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address concerns professionally.
• Answer phone calls and make reservations.

Front-of-House Support:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain an efficient flow of guests.
• Refill water glasses, replace utensils, and provide additional items as requested.
• Monitor and stock supplies, including napkins, condiments, and utensils, in the dining area.
• Cross-train the expediter position and assist with running food at peak times.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout shifts.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.70 per hour
