We’re looking for the right candidate who has experience in all aspects of kitchen cabinetry construction. Need to have 3 years of experience in cabinetry. Using the specs provided by our design team, you will use your building skills to create cabinets that meet very specific guidelines. Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate specialized woodworking machinery
- Construct and assemble cabinet components, making sure that all pieces fit the dimensions specified by the design team and client
- Cut, shape, and sand wooden parts
- Verify and double check all calculations to ensure alignment of doors, hinges and side panels, always using blueprints or design plans for reference
- Add fasteners and adhesives and connect the pieces to form a complete unit
- Assist in the assembly of cabinets and components
- Assisting other team members with daily responsibilities and tasks
- Assist in the installation of hardware
- Clean and repair all equipment necessary for your work, including handsaws, table saws, skill and a variety of drills and sanding tools
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Complete all stages of the woodworking process efficiently
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in cabinetry
- Experience in operating machinery and power tools under safety guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, diagrams, CAD, Cut Lists, etc.
- Basic understanding of mathematics
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to be on your feet 8 hours a day
- Able to lift 40 - 50lbs
Paid holidays after 90 days
