Job Title : Bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Manager
Location : San Jose, CA
Position Type : Direct Hire
Compensation Range : $85K - $110K
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support People & Culture (P&C) functions in San Jose, CA. This role will focus on fostering a positive culture, overseeing talent acquisition, managing compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance, and supporting people operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, driving HR initiatives that align with company values and goals.
Responsibilities Include :
Collaborating with the Human Resource Business Partner to maintain a unified culture, leading workforce planning, implementing sourcing and retention strategies, overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR systems and data. You will also provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team and be flexible to travel across U.S., including Texas and California.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications preferred)
- 8 years of HR experience, particularly in agriculture, manufacturing, or food production
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations, especially in agriculture and food safety
- Proven experience managing large operational workforces and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills
