Job Description : Bilingual Human Resources / Administrative Assistant
Location : Reno, NV
Position Type : Full-Time, 7-Month Contract (Onsite)
Compensation : $25 - $35 / hr. (D.O.E.)
We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources / Administrative Assistant for a 7-month contract full-time role based in Reno, NV . The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in both English and Spanish . This position requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- General Office Support : Assist with general office tasks, including updating and maintaining hiring platforms, managing supply ordering, and organizing office space.
- Human Resources Support : Help with data entry , applications, onboarding, and other HR-related administrative tasks. Assist with the hiring process and ensure new hire packages are updated.
- Vendor & Employee Relations : Foster positive relationships with vendors, employees, and applicants. Answer and transfer calls to appropriate departments and assist with any inquiries.
- Confidentiality & Compliance : Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, coworker, and vendor information in compliance with Federal and State laws.
- Billing & Invoicing : Process, enter data, cost code, and route invoices with extreme attention to detail and efficiency. Track work hours and billable rates for temporary labor vendors.
- Payroll Support : Collect and reconcile timecards for payroll processing. Ensure the accuracy of payroll records.
- Onboarding & Hiring : Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and assist applicants when needed. Maintain and update new hire packages.
- Administrative Tasks : Support other departments with tasks such as scanning, filing, printing, mailing, and translating documents when required.
- Maintain Office Organization : Keep the front office and common areas tidy and organized. Assist with maintaining an efficient workflow and office environment.
