Are you dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget? We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in S. San Francisco , CA 94080 beginning January 2025! Position is 100% onsite, full time-TTH, with a pay range of $33.65 / hr. - $43.27 / hr. D.O.E.
Position Overview :
The Construction Project Coordinator will support the project management team by overseeing various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and expertise with scheduling software such as Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Scheduling : Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Monday.com and other scheduling tools. Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication to address project issues and changes.
- Budget Management : Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. Track costs and report any deviations from the budget.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Problem Solving : Identify and address potential project risks and issues. Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Reporting : Generate and present regular project status reports, including progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Team Support : Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings and organizing project files.
