Looking for an experienced Employment Health Screening Supervisor for a large compliance corporation in Fremont, CA! Position is 100% onsite, Direct Hire, full time with a compensation range of $33.00-$38.00 / hr.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the success of Collection Services offered to customers. Effective team member supervises the workflow of the Collection Services department including management of staffing, supplies, workflow, and vendor partners. Effective team members provide escalated support for customer needs and work with various operations departments to ensure the success of the client once the first test is processed. Primary responsibilities are to manage staff and supervise the workflow of department processes ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory protocols.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure professional, excellent service for customers
  • Provide escalated support for Collection Services
  • Manage communication with other departments to ensure timely and successful resolution to all customer inquiries
  • Support service needs, account updates
  • Ensure training of all new collectors according to DOT requirements
  • Order and keep supplies stocked
  • Develop, maintain & update protocol as needed to support success and training
  • Ensure proper reporting of documents and forms to respective departments per client protocol
  • Ensure proper scheduling and hours of clinic staff
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and update clinic hardware and software with IT support
  • Communicates with all other departments efficiently on an ongoing basis, successfully works with other departments to manage customers
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years of industry experience OR Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business or related field
  • High-level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat / PDFs)
  • Broad understanding of strategic planning and production outcome

  • Leadership – Ability to inspire and guide team members to achieve their best and ability to effectively resolve conflicts
  • Organized – Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth collection operations.
  • Detail-Oriented – Ensure compliance with testing protocols and maintain accurate records
  • Low Ego - Ability to admit one's mistakes and be open and willing to hear constructive feedback
  • Self-Confident – The trait of being comfortable in making decisions for oneself.
  • Relational – Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple cross functional groups both internal and external. Ability to foster a cooperative team environment and build trust and rapport with clients and staff.
