Summary :
Handles counter sales and assures that customer’s orders are handled to a level consistent with the customer’s satisfaction and compatible with the client's standards of excellence.
Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Greets and consults with customers on what items the customers need.
- Enter new orders into the system for will-call pick up.
- Ask and probe customers regarding their steel purchases to try to increase our own market share.
- Update and maintain current information on customers.
- Assist with pulling orders and loading customers as needed.
- Serve as back up for sales and customer service calls.
- Other duties may be assigned my manager, as needed.
