Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our growing life sciences company. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting all areas of human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development within a dynamic and highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition : Manage recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, offering guidance and support on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee morale.
- Performance Management : Support the performance review process, including setting goals, tracking performance, and providing feedback to employees and leadership.
- Compensation & Benefits : Assist in the administration of compensation plans, employee benefits programs, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Training & Development : Support employee training programs, leadership development, and assist in the creation of a continuous learning environment.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping : Ensure the company adheres to all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, particularly in the highly regulated life sciences field (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC).
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews and managing documentation.
- HR Systems & Reporting : Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements specific to life sciences.
