Job Title : Logistics Coordinator (x3) , $24.00-$27.00 / hr., M-F Dayshift, Contract position (1-3 months), 100% onsite, located in Napa, CA 94558.
Position Summary
Logistics Coordinator provides customer service to member wineries, and clerical support related to the shipping and receiving of cased wine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process member wine orders – meet or exceed service level agreements of time and accuracy
- Provide superior customer service to our clients via high volume emails and telephone communications
- Prepare documents, such as orders, pick sheets and export documentation
- Determine shipping methods using knowledge of shipping procedures and routes
- Schedule pick up appointments with carriers
- Additional Member Success responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 – 3 years customer support, shipping and or logistics experience. AA degree or related experience preferred.
Knowledge : Experience using computers, Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and AMS / Forte.
Skills : Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to resolve issues independently, with accuracy. Self-directed and able to work collaboratively with high personal integrity. Ability to provide exceptional customer centric service to our clients.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Prolonged periods sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to bend, twist, reach as needed. Able to lift and move 35 pounds without assistance.
