Key Responsibilities-Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
- Drive profitability through financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee all accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage company audits and act as the primary contact for financial partners.
- Maintain financial policies, systems, and internal controls.
Treasury & Risk Management
- Monitor and manage financial risks, investments, and funding strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversee insurance programs and benefits administration.
Technology & Operational Improvements
- Implement financial systems and ERP technology improvements.
- Optimize back-office operations, IT, and facilities management.
- Negotiate contracts to protect company interests.

- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industries preferred.
