RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Contributes to a positive work environment and to a dynamic team focused on work unit that actively helps one another to achieve optimal department results.
Collaborates with all members of the health care team by actively communicating and reporting pertinent patient care information and data in a comprehensive manner.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
Coordinate and communicate with customers
Design and implement policies and procedures that support efficient operations Utilize data analysis to measure success and support continuous quality improvement in all areas of the organization
Analyze new business opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership on the viability of projects
Create spreadsheets and proformas in support of recommended and ongoing projects
Act as project manager for new initiatives in support of the operations team
Negotiate and review vendor and customer contracts
Position control including reviewing and approving new and replacement job postings and job offers
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Supervisory or team lead experience
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient and comfortable working with large sets of data
Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred. NEW GRADS A PLUS
Medical background a plus
