- Assist with medical collections and billing processes to ensure timely payments.
- Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before filing or entering into the system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective patient service and care coordination.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office space to enhance the patient experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical administrative support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks such as documentation review and appointment management.
- Experience in medical collections is a plus but not required.
