## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized care for patients with wounds, injuries, or post-surgical incisions. ## Responsibilities
- Assessing and treating various types of wounds including surgical, traumatic, and chronic wounds
- Developing and implementing individualized wound care plans
- Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
- Educating patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Performing procedures such as wound debridement, dressing changes, and wound irrigation
## Requirements
- Valid NP license with Wound Care Certification preferred
- Experience in wound care management, including knowledge of advanced wound care products and treatments
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Nice-to-have skills in areas such as home health care
