We are proud of what we do and now you have an opportunity to be a part of it too! We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Phoenix (West Buckeye and Litchfield), AZareas.
This position is responsible for performing home visits to manage the patient's wound care, as well as documenting their visits in a timely and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provision of hands-on care to patients as directed by Woundtech's needs.
- Debridement of wounds by sharp, enzymatic, autolytic or surgical methods completed safely during the patient visit.
- Application of topical wound care and associated wound management products.
- Recommendation of associated services to improve wound healing outcomes. This includes, but is not
limited to, labs, radiologic tests, vascular tests, referrals, home health care, Vacuum Assisted Closure device, and orthotics.
