Your Day-to-Day
- Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facilities to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
- Wound Care Expertise: Provide expert care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Duties include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and G-tube care (with training available if needed).
- Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: Wound Care Certification and at least 2 years of experience are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply—we provide training!
- Independent & Motivated: You’ll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
- Licensure: Must have an active Tennessee NP, DO, MD, or PA license. For PA holders, must have NCCPA.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Wound care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Skilled nursing facility: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hospice: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Goodlettsville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
