- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key MSO stakeholders, including executives, operational leaders, and clinical teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue within the MSO market segment.
- Lead the MSO sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with both company goals and client expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep abreast of trends in MSO operations, regulatory changes, and healthcare industry developments.
- Utilize market insights to spot opportunities for innovation and strengthen our competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product services, operations) to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project implementations.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and effectively meet market needs.
- Create and maintain account plans for strategic clients, detailing goals, challenges, and growth strategies.
- Regularly update leadership on account performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is a must; an advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in strategic account management, healthcare sales, or business development, with a focus on MSOs or similar organizations.
- Proven success in managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Deep knowledge of MSO operations, market dynamics, and challenges.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multifaceted sales cycles involving various stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
