Bankruptcy Paralegal needed to support a busy practice in Iowa . The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience. Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience with all aspects of Bankruptcy. Iowa experience is preferred, but not required. Candidate must be able to handle business during Central Time Zone hours.
Experience and Hard Skills (MUST HAVE) :
5 years experience working in Bankruptcy;
Strong experience preparing petitions, not just preparing drafts
Soft Skills :
Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to the details;
Critical thinker that is proactive;
Team player that also takes ownership and meets deadlines;
Handles client communication independently;
Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities
Technology :
PC (required)
Microsoft Office installed or a subscription to MSO 365 (required)
8 gigs of RAM - memory (required)
Next Chapter and Best Case experience (required)
Smokeball experience (strongly preferred)
