Remote Intellectual Property Paralegal (40 hours/month)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience, in a culture oriented law firm. A polished, detail-oriented, highly responsive, proactive paralegal with a positive attitude is a must, as well as the below qualifications.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years of experience as an IP paralegal, with a strong understanding of patent procedures.
• Experience managing incoming filings and outgoing filings for foreign patents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to details.
• Proactivity and reliability are your fort, and you are proud of it
• You take ownership of your work product and the tasks assigned to you.
• You are not afraid to ask questions in any and all gray areas so that your work product is pristine.
• Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
