We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a dealership background to join our team! Your role is to coordinate daily office operations, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain high levels of organizational effectiveness, and improve cross-department communication.
Job Summary
Office Operations:
· Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
· Take care of light accounting.
· Manage and maintain office records and files.
· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Administrative Support:
· Provide general administrative support to employees, including answering phones and emails.
· Provide administrative assistance to management.
· Prepare reports as needed.
Staff Management:
· Supervise and train office staff.
· Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
· Manage a group of 4-6 employees in the front office.
· Address employee issues and concerns.
Other Duties:
· Assist with special projects and initiatives.
· Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as an Office Manager is a must.
· 2 years of dealership experience.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Deadline and detail oriented.
· Strong leadership qualities.
· Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
· Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
