WOW Logistics is now hiring for an Operations Recruiter!
As an Operations Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our operations team! This position will be based out of either our Neenah, WI corporate headquarters or Wisconsin Rapids, WI distribution center, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a pipeline of candidates who align with our company values and operational goals.
Responsibilities :
Manage the full recruitment cycle for operations roles, including warehouse staff, operations coordinators, and other key positionsDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the logistics and warehousing industryConduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managersCollaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hiresMaintain and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with local colleges, job boards, and other recruitment channelsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment processEffectively communicates WOW Logistics culture to candidates by providing compelling information about the company's strategy, capabilities, performance, locations, and employment value propositionOrganize and attend recruiting events to build our employment brand and connect with candidatesPartner internally on larger strategic projects on an as needed basisQualifications :
Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to travel as needed including, but not limited to site visits, interviews, and onboarding including some overnight stays2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturingProven ability to source, interview, and hire candidates for a variety of operational rolesStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWhat we do
