What We Provide
We do all the heavy lifting! We provide 100% of the marketing, coordinating, scheduling system, editing, and delivery of our services. We train you on our proprietary skills and techniques so that all products are delivered to our WOW specifications. The onboarding/skills approval process can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on your qualifications and experience. Low-cost leasing options are available for equipment if necessary.
What You’ll Do
- As needed independent contractor work (mostly seasonal from March-October)
- Photograph and video real estate listings to Wow Video Tour specifications
- Take aerial/drone photos & video of real estate listings
- Provide exceptional customer service experience for our clients (Realtors & homeowners)
- Travel to appointments within our service areas (30-50 miles)
- Organize photos/videos in Adobe Bridge and upload media to Dropbox
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- Flexible weekly availability during normal business hours; weekends and evenings optional
- Experience handling, using, and maintaining digital cameras and gimbals (3 years experience preferred)
- Experience handling, using, and maintaining drones (1 year experience preferred)
Equipment Needed
- iPhone Pro model for filming video
- Motorized gimbal for iPhone (capable of vertical video)
- Camera capable of bracketing 5 images for photos & Wide angle lens
- Drone capable of bracketing 5 images and filming in 4K
- We recommend the DJI Mavic Air or Pro Series drones
- Dual Wireless Lavalier Microphone System (not required but highly recommended)
- Theta Series 360 camera w/ monopod (not required but highly recommended)
Other Requirements
- Part 107 Drone License required for drone pilots
- Business Dropbox account (not free account)
- At least 10MB upload internet speed
- Adobe Bridge for organizing media
- Must be an LLC & have liability insurance
- Must have a reliable vehicle & auto insurance
Estimated Position Timeline

- Week of February 3rd - Individual Interviews
- Week of February 10th - Final Selections
- Week of February 17th - Onboarding/Training Begins
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
