Your Role: Corporate Maintenance Manager
As a Corporate Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance function across multiple WP Rawl facilities. Your focus will be on building a strong team, implementing training programs, managing large-scale capital projects, and driving continuous improvement in maintenance operations. This position requires travel to Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan to oversee maintenance programs and provide direct leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of all maintenance teams
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, emphasizing safety, performance, and professional growth
- Take ownership of major capital projects, from design and budgeting to installation and completion, ensuring compliance with safety and food safety regulations
- Strategically coordinate resources (materials and personnel) to ensure smooth execution of maintenance
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards
- Travel to WP Rawl’s other locations to provide direct oversight, ensure standardization, and offer strategic guidance
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards, maintaining a high level of regulatory adherence
- Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring maintenance teams align with broader company goals
- Champion WP Rawl’s values and culture, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment
What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
✔ 7-10 years of experience in a maintenance management leadership role
✔ Proven ability to lead multi-site maintenance teams, with a focus on strategic planning and operational excellence
✔ Strong experience managing large-scale maintenance projects
✔ Financial acumen – Ability to create and manage large budgets, ensuring financial accountability
✔ Expert knowledge of maintenance processes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
✔ Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software for tracking and reporting
✔ Willingness to travel to WP Rawl’s facilities in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan to provide direct oversight
✔ 7-10 years of experience in a maintenance management leadership role
✔ Proven ability to lead multi-site maintenance teams, with a focus on strategic planning and operational excellence
