We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to support both residential turnover and commercial projects.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Painter to handle painting needs for residential turnover units and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently under tight timelines. This role will involve painting walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and minor surface preparation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior painting for residential turnover units (apartments, homes, etc.) and commercial properties.
- Prep work areas including patching, sanding, taping, and priming surfaces.
- Ensure clean, neat, and professional paint application using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Match and mix paints and finishes as needed.
- Identify and report any damage or additional repair needs beyond scope of painting.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure minimal disruption to client spaces.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
- Work closely with cleaning and turnover teams to meet project deadlines.
- Provide touch-ups and final walkthrough inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting.
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced turnover environments.
- Familiarity with commercial spaces such as offices, retail, and small industrial sites.
- Bilingual is a plus.

Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience.
