JOB TITLE: Labor and Maintenance Associate
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Company Office
PHYSICAL WORK LOCATION: 908 Old Fern Hill Rd. West Chester, PA 19382
FLSA: Hourly
DIRECT REPORTS: None
SUMMARY: Wiggins Property Management Group (WPMG) is a growing property leasing company. We specialize in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking general laborer to join our team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and carrying building materials.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and deliver to various properties and projects.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Mow grass, trim edges, and maintain lawns as required.
- Assist team members with various tasks including carpentry and plumbing.
- Assist team members with setting up and transferring temporary structures like scaffolding.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job like standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects (up to 40 pounds)
- Familiarity with power tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
