Salary Range
$100,000 ~ $140,000

How do I know this opportunity is right for me? If you:
- Love solving tough business questions using data
- Are methodical at problem solving
- Have extensive SQL skills and are skilled in the use of tools including SSRS, SSIS, and SAS
- Have experience in creating meaningful data visualizations from disparate sources using Power BI or similar tools
- Have a background in clinical health and/or insurance
- Are a continuous learner who loves a great challenge
- Are creative and innovative in the way you approach data analysis
- Working with a very experienced team that is highly collaborative and willing to share their knowledge
- Having a direct impact on our Health Plan line of business through data analytics
- Experience working in an environment that serves our nation’s military, veterans, Guard and Reserves, and Medicare beneficiaries
- Working in a continuous performance feedback environment
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
- 4 or more years of experience of SQL coding using Microsoft SQL Server or other SQL tools such as SSRS.
- 1 or more year of experience working with Health Insurance or Healthcare Data
- Strong Power BI Skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Power Pivot and Power Query
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics OR Statistics OR Economics OR Mathematics OR Computer Science
- Experience with clinical data, medical terminology and medical coding
- Experience with statistics, predictive analytics, and complex analysis (i.e. R, SAS, Tableau)
- High speed cable or fiber internet
- Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
