- This role may require some work out of our Madison, WI headquarters; first consideration will be individuals located near Madison Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid collaboration.
- Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters will be expected to attend onsite events such as monthly Impact Conversations with leadership.
- Possess effective communication skills: You can interpret the needs of our customers and coordinate with cross functional teams. You collaborate well with high-energy teams in a remote work environment. You successfully articulate system concepts to non-technical employees and leadership.
- Enjoy building something new: Design, development, and deployment of custom workflow solutions with the capability to integrate with other internal and external IT systems.
- Work with business partners and the OnBase Scrum team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies.
- Are flexible and organized: You can adapt to the technology available to you and are able to manage your work effectively and efficiently.
- Love collaboration and building relationships: You communicate openly and honestly with respect for everyone. You enjoy building trust and being part of a team that relies on each other to achieve its goals.
- Acting as a cornerstone in the vision for advancing OnBase development functionality and processes.
- A deeper understanding of health insurance, claims processing, and general operations along with the analytics and data needs of this industry.
- Experience Interacting with a multitude of different technology platforms – See Preferred Qualification listed below.
- Working in a great Agile, team environment – across all departments and with business leaders.
- Experience working in an environment that serves our Nation’s military, veterans, Guard and Reserves and Medicare beneficiaries.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- 5 or more years of application development experience with OnBase.
- Experience with CSS.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with C#.
- OnBase Certifications such as: OCWA, OCAWA, OCSE, OCAPI, OCWV, OCI, OCSA, OCASA.
- Experience with Agile, ServiceNow.
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
- Support and maintain existing code.
- High speed cable or fiber internet
- Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.net)
