As an integral member of the Marketing Communications leadership team, the Director of Content Strategy & Communications will be responsible for the strategy and development of a wide variety of content targeted to both internal and external audiences. This person will work with the senior leadership team, including the CEO, to develop platforms, produce communications, and help prepare leaders for keynote speeches, panel interviews, and other speaking events. The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to quickly learn the business and operate within a complex and dynamic environment.
Salary Range : $140,000-170,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Work Location : This role will require work out of our Madison, WI headquarters; first consideration will be individuals located near Madison, Wisconsin to take advantage of hybrid collaboration. We will consider individuals in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.
