As an OnBase Systems Administrator, you will be working in a team that function as application owners that support COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) solutions end to end. This will involve monitoring and managing the daily health of the systems, assisting or leading installations/upgrades, researching security resolutions, and resolving customer incident reports, investigating proactive solutions.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range.

**This role may require some work out of our Madison, WI headquarters; first consideration will be individuals located near Madison Wisconsin to take advantage of Hybrid collaboration.
***Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters will be expected to attend onsite events such as monthly Impact Conversations with leadership.

In this role you will:

  • Possess effective communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to interact professionally and effectively with staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders. Able to influence others through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.  Able to effectively explain technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
  • Enjoy building something new: You want to play an active role in evolving multiple OnBase instances to support highly complex business processes, collaborating with senior team members and other IT teams. You have a passion for assessing current processes and identifying potential system enhancements to improve customer use of financial data.

  • Are flexible and organized: You can adapt to the technology available to you and are able to manage your work effectively and efficiently.
  • Love collaboration and building relationships: You communicate openly and honestly with respect for everyone. You enjoy building trust and being part of a team that relies on each other to achieve its goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
  • 3 or more years of related work experience as an OnBase administrator or in a similar position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Able to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in writing SQL Statements in a relational database and able to query and modify data and table structure in a relational database.
  • Knowledge and understanding of reports creation using Business Intelligence (BI) or other reporting tools.
  • Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) certifications desired.
