Primary Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include the following specific tasks. Duties and responsibilities will evolve in response to organizational needs, offering opportunities for growth and development.
- Strategic Data Analysis & Reporting : Create and manage tools for measuring portfolio performance and reporting on market conditions, economic environments, and property metrics.
- Transaction Coordination : Organize, track & lead components of due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, quarterly appraisals and financings, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
- Investor Reporting : Assist in preparing annual budgets, business plans, and quarterly investor reports.
- Property & Vendor Management : Maintain accurate property records, manage vendor contracts, and update databases. Coordinate and review loan draws. Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable and contract management for expense allocations.
- Document Management : Create lease, loan, and document abstracts. Ensure compliance, proper dissemination & document organization within the organization.
- ESG Coordination : Support the company's ESG initiatives by monitoring and reporting on property metrics and key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement ways to streamline workflows & processes to support scalability.
