What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assitant Manager position at WR Community Services Home Healthcare?
To provide guidance, supervision, and oversight for Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants/Attendants. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for staff recruitment, scheduling, sporadic shift coverage and training staff in their service area. Notation: in severe cases or when PRN or floating staff are not available for coverage Assistant Manager may be asked to cover that shift.
