General Duties

• Assist with the preparation and organization of vinyl materials for upcoming projects
• Pre-trim and weed vinyl graphics and wraps using plotters and hand tools
• Vehicle inspections and measurements: performing site surveys
• Using Print/Rip programs to run Printers and Plotters
• Help with vehicle prep, including washing, degreasing, and surface cleaning
• Maintain inventory of wrap materials, tools, supplies, inks; notify team of low stock
• Perform routine maintenance on printers and other equipment.
• Operate basic shop equipment (e.g., Large format printers, vinyl plotters, laminators)
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
• Package and label finished products or offcuts for storage or disposal
• Help load/unload vehicles and assist with general shop tasks as needed
• Perform quality checks on materials before and after installation
• Smaller Graphics Installations

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Must be able to learn and navigate computer software

Ideal candidates may also possess: (Preferred but not required)

• Understanding of vector vs. raster graphics and understanding of basic design principles.
• Proficiency with RIP software (ONYX, Flexi, VersaWorks), Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and large-format printers.
• Experience with designing and working with vehicle graphics and templates
• Experience with large format printers, laminators, plotters
• Associates or bachelor's degree in Graphics Design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
