Company Overview

Work Environment
We're all about creating a workplace where every employee feels like a VIP and is allowed to be the workplace wizard of change. A small (but mighty!) team means good ideas don’t get lost in bureaucracy as they climb up the corporate ladder, which, in our case, is probably better described as a corporate stepstool.
Job Overview
Your role will be to help our E-Comm team (currently, a team of one) to grow our online presence. Put simply, your job will be to sell stuff online. While E-Commerce is the main focus, you’ll be asked to wear more hats than the infield at the Kentucky Derby, so the ability to multitask is, to put it mildly, pretty darn important.
Scope of Responsibilities
· Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales on the Amazon platform, as well as other E-Commerce channels, including our Shopify site.
· Optimizing advertising through Amazon, Google, Walmart, and Facebook.
· Researching competitors to identify opportunities for where we can improve.
· Regular auditing of our online listings to, again, identify opportunities where we can improve keywords and SEO.
· Communicate with our creative team to ensure necessary assets are delivered when needed.
· Own our presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to ensure a consistent brand presence.
· Developing and executing effective email marketing.
· Managing inventory demand and ensuring timely replenishment when needed.
· Collaborating with our logistics team to order and track inventory along the supply chain.
· Regularly report on sales trends, market analysis, and growth opportunities.
· Developing relationships with publishers and content creators to drive sales.
· Lots of stuff the guy writing this can’t think of right now.
Requirements/Preferences
· Experience with online marketplace tools including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify.
· Self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment.
· Proficient in Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex data analysis required.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Will be open, direct, clear, and kind when communicating and collaborating with colleagues, customers, designers, and brands.
· Black belt in multi-tasking encouraged, but not required, since it’s not a real thing.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
