In this role, you’ll create high-quality marketing content across multiple formats—website, social media, emails, digital ads, brochures, decks, etc.), ensuring our messaging remains clear, consistent, and impactful. Reporting to our CMO, you will work directly with our executive leadership and with people across functions including business development, product, operations, among others. For some specific types of content, you will also coordinate with and manage specialized external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality, integrated execution. Key Responsibilities :    Create clear, high-quality written and visual materials for our marketing content, including case studies, website, sales materials, investor decks, white papers, social media, digital ads, brochures, emails, etc. Collaborate with senior team members and external creative partners to develop written and visual materials for marketing. Help manage the content creation schedule to ensure timely production and execution of campaigns. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for digital campaigns and initiatives. Proactively research and apply emerging design trends to enhance our creative approach and keep our visuals fresh and engaging. Ensure all visual assets meet high aesthetic standards and adhere to brand guidelines. Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of professional experience in design, marketing, copywriting or content production (agency or in-house), with a portfolio or samples demonstrating ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals. A passion for creative storytelling, writing and design—adept at turning words, ideas and concepts into amazing visuals to deliver persuasive stories. Experience designing multiple types of visual content (e.g., case studies, video storyboards, websites, sales materials, investor decks, white papers, social media, digital ads, brochures, emails, etc.) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch). Outstanding attention to detail and creative, conceptual, and aesthetic skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to seek feedback and iterate based on guidance. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Experience with video or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
