Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive people operations strategies that support our organization's vision, mission, and growth objectives
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations
- Lead and enhance our company culture by developing programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and satisfaction
- Partner with senior leadership to create functional people plans and drive organizational development
- Manage the design and implementation of learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression
- Oversee the maintenance and evolution of our benefits package to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company culture
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and data protection regulations
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to improve processes, expand reporting capabilities, and drive data-informed decision-making
- 5 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to connect, inspire and motivate
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programs
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is a plus
