In this role, you will develop our brand’s visual identity, design marketing materials from concept to completion, and curate them into a library of content that supports our marketing and communications efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to design and develop every visual element of our brand across multiple formats (e.g., website, social media, emails, digital ads, brochures, decks, etc.), ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines, including videos created by agencies.Reporting to our CMO, you will work directly with our executive leadership and with people across functions including business development, product, operations, among others. For some specific types of content, you will also coordinate with and manage specialized external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality, integrated execution.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments. We prioritize open and honest communication, and believe that even difficult conversations are opportunities for growth and improvement.Key Responsibilities : Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity and guidelines, ensuring high-quality, consistent visual identity that effectively communicates our brand messageCreate clear, high-quality, and aesthetically pleasing visual designs for our marketing content, including case studies, website, sales materials, investor decks, white papers, social media, digital ads, brochures, emails, etc.Partner with content manager / copywriter and external creative partners to develop visuals for our messaging, product launches and key marketing momentsCoordinate with external agencies to ensure that any video or animated assets align with our brand standardsProactively research and apply emerging design trends to enhance our creative approach and keep our visuals fresh and engagingSkills & Qualifications5–10 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house), with an impressive portfolio showcasing multi-channel projectsExceptional visual storytelling and design skills—adept at turning words, ideas and concepts into amazing visuals to deliver persuasive stories for multiple audiencesDemonstrable experience designing multiple types of visual content (e.g., case studies, video storyboards, websites, sales materials, investor decks, white papers, social media, digital ads, brochures, emails, etc.)High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch)Outstanding attention to detail and creative, conceptual, and aesthetic skillsExperience designing and executing visual brand identitiesComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesProven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersExperience with video or motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) is a plusBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldBenefitsYou will be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plan, program or policy that is made generally available to other full-time employees of the Company, subject to the eligibility requirements and terms of the applicable documents governing such plan, program or policy.
