Wraparound Experts is a comprehensive, local resource for children and families in schools across Northeast Ohio, offering a range of specialized services and educational staffing solutions. W.E. is dedicated to connecting schools with licensed and qualified Experts who understand the 'wraparound' model. Our team goes above and beyond their traditional roles, working together effectively to coordinate services among teachers, support staff and other experts. Our collaborative approach benefits everyone involved. Beyond staffing solutions, W.E. offers comprehensive behavioral and mental health training for children, families and school staff throughout the year. We also provide specialized psychological testing services for autism, ADHD, and learning Disabilities.

Qualifications
● Licenses & Certifications Required for each position; see specific job listing for detailed requirements
● Valid driver’s license, required.
● FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire), required.
● Collaborative, constructive team building skills. Ability to work effectively as part
of a team.
● Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with
students, parents, and other staff members.
● Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and use sound judgment in all
aspects of the job.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
● Maintain organized and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational and
ethical standards.
● Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, clients and families to ensure
consistent implementation of therapy strategies.
● Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision meetings as required.
● May involve physical activity such as sitting, standing, and engaging with clients.
