This role involves working with various types of vehicles, ensuring high-quality installations that enhance both appearance and privacy while providing UV protection.
Duties
- Perform professional window tinting on a variety of vehicles, ensuring precision and quality in every installation.
- Utilize auto estimating software to assess job requirements and materials needed for each project.
- Collaborate with automotive repair teams to ensure proper handling of vehicles during the tinting process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols while using hand tools and equipment.
- Assist in the assembly of vehicle components as needed, ensuring all parts are correctly fitted post-tinting.
- Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure that tinting does not interfere with vehicle sensors or cameras.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their options and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in window tinting is essential; familiarity with various tint types and installation techniques is preferred.
- Skills in automotive repair or auto body repair are advantageous for understanding vehicle structures and components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to window tinting and automotive maintenance.
- Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus, as it provides insight into customer expectations and service standards.
